STUDIO pOLICIES
Late Entry Policy
Doors will open 15- 30 minutes before the start of class (reach out to instructor for time) Please arrive early your class start time for the benefit of your practice, teacher, and other students. We understand that life happens, but please make your very best effort to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins. Our space is small, and late entry is disruptive for students who are already settled. Out of respect and consideration for fellow students and instructors late arrivals will not be able to enter classes that have already begun.
Studio Cancellation and Refund Policy
The studio reserves the right to cancel classes with under 2 reservations. Canceled classes due to low student attendance will be announced no later than 12 hours before class.
If we need to cancel a class, appointment, or other event such as a workshop, all those students who’ve registered and/or prepaid will be credited accordingly.
If it's snowing like crazy and the roads are terrible around class time, or there's a tornado warning, we may cancel class. We will post cancellation notices on the home page of our site and our Facebook page. If you have any doubts, check before getting in your car!
Cancellation Policy
Our reservation system exists to encourage attendance and commitment, not to penalize you for unforeseen life events. If you realize you cannot attend a class you have reserved, it is helpful to us if you can cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time. You can do it online through your student app.
(Single Class, Class Packages and Unlimited Memberships)
You must cancel your class 12 hours or more before class start time to un-reserve your spot and have it returned to your account.
(Private Classes)
You must cancel your class 24 hours or more before class start time to un-reserve your spot and have it returned to your account.
LATE-CANCEL
If you late-cancel less than 12 hours (or 24 for privates) before class start time, you will be charged for or forfeit the class. Your class will not be returned to your account. If you are a no-show (you did not cancel) you forfeit your class. No exceptions.

Class Package Policy
Class packages are non-refundable. Memberships and packages are not shareable and are not transferable. Monthly memberships can be frozen for one month, once a year. Monthly memberships may be cancelled before renewal with a 30-day written notice.
Young Student Policy
Our classes are designed for students 16 years of age and older. The yoga practice of a child is different from the practice of an adult. If you would like to bring your child to a regular yoga class with you, he/she must be at least 13 years old and you must follow the following criteria:
You must sign a separate consent form for each child.
Please place your mat next to your child’s in the back of the room by the door so you may leave quietly if needed.
It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to watch over their child to ensure that they do not injure themselves or disrupt the class. If the instructor feels as if he/she can align them and they don’t mind, then the instructor will do so, but the poses in a regular yoga class are focused on students aged 16 and older.
If your child becomes a distraction to the class or teacher, the instructor reserves the right to ask you to quietly leave, expecting your full understanding and willingness to comply. If that ends up being the case, we will refund your money.
If you need to leave the class for any reason, say to use the restroom or answer a phone call, you must bring your child with you.
Children may not sit in the waiting area while the parent or guardian takes a class. Our staff is not required to supervise children.
