Taylor
Taylor has been practicing yoga for 11 years and moved here in 2018 from Florida, after graduating from Florida State University with a degree in Recreation, Tourism, and Events. She found the practice of yoga as a means to provide balance and restore her body between strength training workouts. She has known for quite some time that she was meant to obtain her 200 hour teaching certification and begin sharing her love for yoga with others. She finally was able to accomplish this goal when she completed her 200 hour with Hola Yoga's first teacher training program.
Taylor believes that yoga is for everyone and it is less about the physical practice and more about connecting our minds with our physical bodies. She also believes in the power of moving our bodies to get stuck energy flowing and thus allowing us to find more peace and happiness in our everyday lives.
When off the mat, you can find her running events, traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with her two pups.

Rachel
Rachel’s approach to yoga is grounded in compassion and curiosity. She teaches in a way that encourages mind-body connection, promoting opportunities for self-discovery and well-being. Through tailored sequences of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation, she strives to meet students where they are–fostering inclusivity, providing tools to support mental and physical balance, and cultivating loving-kindness within the community on and off the mat.
Receiving her 200-hour certification from Hola Yoga in Nashville, her teachings stem from studies influenced by Ashtanga Vinyasa and Viniyoga, resulting in classes that marry physical strength and alignment with intuitive, breath-centered movement. Practicing for over ten years, she weaves her passion and understanding of yoga as a living tradition and discipline into her sequences.
Outside of yoga, she is a writer and energy worker who enjoys spending time in nature, snuggling with her two pugs Bea and Toots, accumulating books, and all things fashion and interior design.
