Classes may be different based on our instructor's yoga philosophy and teaching styles. Enjoy practicing with each one, as they have something different to teach you! All levels of practice are welcome!

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting body, mind, and breath. Designed as a moving meditation, every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present to the moment. 

Slow Flow

Enjoy your vinyasa at a more relaxed pace! Slow down and enjoy longer holds in poses, slower transitions, and the added challenge of stillness. This class is especially great for beginner yogis! 

power flow

This class will guide you through energetic and quick-flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. This practice combines breath with a fast-paced sequence of postures, creating a challenging and energetic workout.

flow + restore

The epitome of a balanced class. Begin with an all-levels, gentle slow flow, then ease into a cozy restorative practice. This class allows you to shake off all the jitters from the day first, so you can comfortably move into the rest and digest that the restorative practice offers after.

Gentle Yoga

This is a haltha based class is accessible to all kinds of students, addressing their mental, physical and spiritual needs. This class is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Stretch, relax, and release your day.

Yoga Basics

This is the best class for those new to yoga. In a comfortable environment, this class will introduce the fundamentals of a yoga practice, including breath, proper alignment, and mindfulness practices.
